Instead of viewing AI as competition, students should think of it as a co-worker. Hybrid roles—where humans collaborate with machines—will become the norm. Journalists will use AI for research, marketers will use it for data analysis, doctors for diagnostics. The real opportunity lies in mastering both human insight and machine efficiency. Students should aim to become “AI-augmented professionals” who understand both sides. The singularity doesn’t mean students lose jobs—it means their jobs gain superpowers—if they know how to use them.
